Refund Policy

Effective 3 July 2026

14-day full refund. If the service isn't right for you, tell us within 14 days of your first purchase and we'll refund it in full — no questions asked.

After 14 days. Cancel any time from your account page. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep full access until the end of the billing period you've paid for. No partial refunds for time remaining, except where the Australian Consumer Law requires otherwise.

How refunds are paid. To the original payment method, via Stripe, normally within 5–10 business days.
