How to request deletion of your data · Business Partner

Your right to deletion. You can ask Business Partner to delete your account and personal information at any time.

How to request it. Contact us via mibusinesspartner.com.au. If you have a portal account you can also ask the studio directly, and we will action it.

What we delete. Your account and sign-in, your profile, and the material associated with your account in the portal. Any third-party account you connected (for example an advertising account you linked) is disconnected and any access token we held for it is deleted.

What we must keep. Records we are legally required to retain — in particular a signed record of any agreement you accepted (an electronic-acceptance record), which is kept as a legal record even after the rest of your account is removed.

Timeframe. We action deletion requests within 30 days and confirm when it is done.
